Nando’s Milton Keynes – Xscape

We had fantastic service, Dana and was very attentive to helping us, the food was just as good, will definitely be returning :)

This is my third time visiting this restaurant, which has three branches near the city center. Among them, this particular location stands out for serving the most delicious and juicy chicken wings. The way they prepare them is clearly a cut above the rest.

The sauces and utensils are neatly arranged and always fully stocked. Staff are attentive, regularly cleaning the self-service drink bar area to maintain a clean and pleasant environment. The space itself is comfortable, spacious, and very well-kept.

Out of the three branches in the city center, this one consistently offers the best service and the tastiest food. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality and care in both food and experience.

Service: food came almost 5 minutes after ordering, maybe less, quick service. Workers came and asked how everything was, very kind

I am quite disappointed with my order today as this is the third time I have ordered from this Nando's and they have missed items out of my order. I ordered two double chicken wraps, one for me and one for a friend. When I received our food it didn't have the avocado i ordered with the wraps.

I called up the Nando call centre line to tell them the situation and all they could offer was a refund for the avocado, I then asked for compensation as I was told I wouldn't be able to get the avocado delivered but they said there's nothing that they could offer

Personally I think this is pretty bad service as I wouldn't have ordered the avocado with the wraps if I didn't want it. Its just really upsetting as it's not the first time that it has happened.

Lovely food & great staff. Only thing that I found was an issue, both WIFI and Mobile Data are shocking. I had to use the till to place my order. Other than this, it was lovely.

Raventh is so kind , polite and caring ! He ensured I was seated as soon as he saw me waiting to be tabled , he asked if I had allergies straight away and explained the whole process of Nando's ! His customer service skills are excellent and is a great team member . Defo represents Nando's well and I rarely ever give reviews ! Thank you for making my experience really lovely I'm due to give birth soon and you have calmed down my anxiety . Will defo come back to this Nando's and not the one inside mk. Thanks super star

This is the first Nando's restaurant we have been in. The food was quite good and especially the environment was so good and we went back again. Staff were polite as well.
