It's actually part of the parks museum. Information about how the radios work and volunteers on site to help explain how it works. It's an actual radio station, which they are also happy to show how does the equipment work.

A great place to visit. Operate the radios (under supervision) and talk to amateur radio operators around the world, using Satellite, Short Wave and VHF/UHF radios.

Very interesting museum covering the history of radio with excellent exhibits, staffed by friendly and very knowledgeable volunteers.

I found visiting the National Radio Centre at Bletchley Park quite an eye-opener. On the right-hand side, as I entered, there was an enormous screen with a video running on it which described in detail the history of radio. The history shown in most of the centre's sections is admirable as well. I also liked that this centre provided free leaflets to all the visitors.
