As probably the most annoying detail-focussed customer that Tomasz from OakFactor has likely ever had to deal with, I wish to say a huge thank you for all your patience and the efforts you went to in making our staircase such a magnificent feature of our house. We absolutely love it and are very grateful for all you did to make it so. Cannot recommend Tomasz and OakFactor enough, top guy, incredible staircases.

Stairs
I wanted to replace an awkward loft ladder utilising limited space in a boiler room/airing cupboard.
It was logistical problem:the ideal candidate imported from Poland, an additional tread sourced in Germany all delivered to Wales via Milton Keynes without a hitch thanks to Tomasz.
7 Years later when the boiler died and needed removing, he readily supplied additional installation instructions so I could confidently remove the stairs for access and refit.
I could not have asked for more help or better attention and confidently recommend his product and his company.

This is the second time I have asked Tomasz at Oak Factors to custom make outdoor galvanised steps for me. The quality of the product is exceptional, the communication and delivery time is superb and we will look to use Oak Factors and Tomasz in the future.

Purchased rondo external spiral for our balcony. Company assured me they would meet British standards but after fitting they failed inspection from building inspector as gaps between risers were more than 100mm. Phoned company to inform and they didn't care and said I would have to fit bars myself to close gap. Quality of stairs ok but has some blemishes.

Oak Factor is a fantastic company to deal with my custom made Oak stair kit come earlier than expected in perfect packaging delivered by a very attentive courier . The whole experience was made possible by Tomaz and his team. I strongly recomend their all-round service and products as nothing was too much trouble, I will definitely use again .
