Phoenix Motorcycle Training – Milton Keynes

So I'm gonna share my experience with phoenix I booked a cbt which I was really looking forward to and since I used to ride a bike which admittedly had been a while but I still knew how to ride one, the day was going decent till it came to the road bit and they refused to let me on the road cause they thought my confidence wasn't there and how can they expect me to be so confident when I haven't rode for 4 years, I asked if they would give me a chance since I did pretty much all of it right in the car park and they said no and that I need to come back for more training which I thought was a joke. It's ment to be a training day and they failed 3 people on are course for silly things like coasting after all this I booked in with a different place and passed straight away no issues at all and they said they didn't see any problems with me at all. I took the CBT test with Phoenix from instructor Ben and failed, while the two British participants passed. Despite their mistakes--stalling repeatedly and even falling off the bike--they were given special allowances like switching to automatic bikes. We, as foreign riders, were told we were good but received no such support. One instructor admitted I had good clutch control and only failed due to minor throttle issues, suggesting we could easily pass next time with a short course. Still, we failed, which felt clearly unfair and discriminatory. I do not recommend this course at all.

Liam, Steve, and George are amazing instructors. They explained everything so clearly and built my confidence. I would definitely recommend the Milton Keynes branch and will be going back if I do my full license.

Paul and Steve ran an excellent CBT course. My 3rd CBT and I definitely learnt more with these guys than with previous firms. I felt the training was appropriately targeted at my experience level and highlighted areas to improve. The guys themselves are class blokes, patient, cheerful, made it a fun day without putting any added pressure on. 100% recommend and will be doing more training through Phoenix.

I did my CBT today and passed (I have never had any experience with riding a motorbike)

Mark and Craig were really kind and patient with me and the two others doing their CBT that day. They were so helpful with demonstrating every step and if I ever felt nervous or not overly confident with what I was meant to do during the more complicated steps, they would be so patient and allow me to do those specific steps a few times until it clicked.

They were super kind and gave a lot of positive feedback when things would go well which was encouraging and made me feel confident that even if I don't get it right the first time I will get it in a few tries.

Being out on the main roads for two hours was fun and they made me feel safe knowing that they were there every step of the journey to guide us.

Overall couldn't have had a better experience, great instructors, made me laugh, felt safe .. will be back to do my full A license with them!

Excellent training experience with Phoenix. I learned how to be a competent and safe rider. George (my instructor) is a fantastic instructor. I doubt I would have passed my MOD1 & 2 without his brilliant instruction

Did a return to biking course with George. Clear instruction, great advice but made the day fun too! Big note the bikes are new and they will find one that suits you.
