Nick helped me diagnose a problem that was stopping me running. He helped me navigate which medical procedure would be best and was ready to support recovery at the right time.

There were two major things that I loved about Nick's style. The first was that he makes it measurable so you can see progress. The second is that he tailors the recovery work to your favourite type of exercise so it doesn't just feel like more stretches.

Been an active guy for most of my life injury free. I had picked up a knee injury training U9's kicking the ball off balance. Drs were a complete waste of time as i am still waiting for an appointment 10wks later. After visiting Physix after week 4 as this wasn't going away they diagnosed a suspected meniscus tear and set a recovery plan that I have followed to the T. I am on the mend slowly as I was told this would be a long plan to improve pain and movement.
Can't recommend them enough. Know their stuff and have many years collectively across all sports injuries.

Physix have enabled me to make transformative improvements. I no longer suffer any back pain, and my golf has improved dramatically!

Finding the motivation to do the prescribed exercises at home is not always easy, but Nick always finds a way to keep me morivated and it's really paid off :-)

I couln't rate Physix and Nick's service highly enough! After suffering from significant pain while walking and having a variety of scans and interventions, over 18 months, all to no avail, I was finally referred to Nick who confirmed a potential diagnosis of weakness in the muscles deep in my pelvic area. My visits to see him in the gym were tough, he worked me hard but very carefully and after lots of explanation about we were trying to achieve along with the whys and wherefors of the approach. The exercise plans I was given were delivered via a great portal with videos and a progress chart. We knew if would not be a quick fix but early signs of improvement continued and I'm now almost back to normal, certainly able to walk for 40 minutes without any discomfort at all. THANK YOU NICK.
