Following agreement of the quote he ensured to complete the work in time for our flooring work that was due to begin imminently. He kept us informed of the progress and key decisions that he needed to take so we were always fully engaged.

I had an issue with my unvented water cylinder overflow tank which had lost pressure. Karum of Plumbmaster heating ltd messaged me after I submitted my job on checkatrade. He was great with the initial conversation about cost and time of arrival.

On the day he turned up on time, identified the problem and explained what had happened and what was needed to be done to solve it. We agreed a price for the additional work and he processed to order the parts to fix my system. Couple days passed and Karum messaged me to tell me the parts had arrived and he could complete the work the next day.

To finish the work he arrived early and completed to work quickly within 40 minute. He the cleaned up any mess left over afterwards. I found him very polite and highly professional. I strongly recommend his services and will be going to him again for future needs.
