I asked for a clean ONLY and asked not to touch the shape or thickness of my eyebrows, but Azra completely ignored what I asked. She shaped my eyebrows and made them much thinner, and cut one shorterthantheother! Now it's going to take a long time for them to grow back. I won't be going back to her.

So I got a gel manicure and pedicure. I only ever go to Townhouse and no where else. Tried this out today. I was with Mina, she was great. The gel was applied well. And she was attentive.

However I have 2 feedbacks, and this is clearly a general consensus because many customers were saying the same thing in the shop.

Why have you not got a foot soak as part of your pedicures? You should think about implementing this as soon as possible. It will allow the technicians to do a much better job, speed up the process entirely, and also you know and I know, that a pedicure done without a soak is not always the best. Even though she did a great job. This should be a must. And this should be looked into. A lot of people were muttering the same thing in the shop and a lot of people were walking away because they were not happy a soak wasn't a part of it.

Second thing, for the Polishes, not the Gel, but polishes, if this is such a big company, you should be gearing towards adding Halal Nail P...

Azra is amazing at what she does - both my mum and I get our eyebrows done by her and she always does a great job. I've had trouble booking online because it won't let me select two eyebrow appointments, so I end up booking one as an upper lip instead just to get it through. It means she technically has less time with us, but she still manages to do a fantastic job every time. Really appreciate her!"
