Had a sports massage with Campbell a couple of weeks ago as I have been training quite a lot lately and was feeling a little bit stiff. Campbell asked me what I would like him to focus on to make sure I get the most out of the experience. I left feeling a lot more relaxed, reenergised and rested. Unlike some previous times with other providers, I wasn't bruised and wasn't hurting excessively the next days, so I could continue training as normal. I'd thoroughly recommend him if you are training, preparing for an event, recovering from an injury or would just like to do something nice for your body!

I have been going to Campbell for a few years now and always recommend him if anyone asks for a sports massage / injury support. He is friendly, supportive, knowledgeable and exceptionally good at getting out any knots or tension. He has also helped train people including assisting me with a half marathon training plan taking in all the activities I was doing and planning around and including them. Everyone I have referred to re-leaf has come away with the same opinion as I have and have also started to recommend him. Even in the current climate where I am not in the office just around the corner, I will still travel 25 miles to and 25 miles back just for my 6 weekly leg therapy. I wouldn't trust anyone else to do as great a job at keeping me injury free...
