His communication was second to none, consistently updating me, and when he found a new issue, provided alternative work arounds to ensure I would be satisfied. Can not recommend them enough. Amazing service!

Imagine this - Start of 2025 - all ready to get back to business and find out my Mac was giving issues - email wasn't loading (and I've loads of folders and files) - and wouldn't update. Issues as well with other software. I take it to Rebooted Tech and they find the error, make the necessary changes / updates - install more RAM and get it back to me within a few days.
