Excellent service from Robert at Roma heating, from the first point of contact through to the finished job with a reasonable price.

A friendly, professional and knowledgeable guy who I managed to get through to on the phone very quickly (which is unusual these days!). Not only that, he gave me thorough instructions on what info to Whatsapp him so he could assess what needed to be done - and his reply to this was very prompt along with giving me an approximate date to come round which was in a really good time frame.

I was delighted to be fitted in within a week for my heating to be fixed. It's gone from being an ice palace to a nice cozy, warm home again.

He was quick and efficient and went above and beyond to do a great job and also took the time to show and explain what he had done and why the problem had occurred in the first place and what to look out for next time.

He also told me had cleaned out my magnetic filter system for me which I thought was a nice extra touch to go ab...

We had a big install for a new boiler, tank, pumps and to flush out our underfloor heating system and install plumbing for a dishwasher. I was nervous at such large works in our home but we didn't need to worry. Rob and Mark were extremely professional from the initial consultation, through out the works through to completion.
