Got this company in last February as my usual heating engineer was busy and my boiler needed a service. Adebayo completely forgot our appointment and was 3 hours late. He did absolutely no hands on work with my boiler.
He spent most of his visit putting figures into his iPhone before running off into the horizon with PS80 of my money, having failed to do simple things like hoover the filter , check the water pressure etc. The reason I have raised this now is because I mentioned to Adebayo that our boiler was leaking and was told it was okay. Fast forward to today, I got a brilliant company in as it was getting progressively worse and they acually gave me a running commentary on what needed servicing. Low and behold, the expansion tank was full of water and there was no pressure in it. The magnetic filter needed cleaning and the condensate trap needed emptying. When I showed the heating guy, that came today, the report produced by Adebayo, we laughed and laughed because despite claiming...

Bayo installed my air con system as cheaply as possible, in the most haphazard way. The ducting used was not fit for external aircon piping and wasn't cable tied or attached to the wall properly, so half of it collapsed within 2 months of the install and I had to refit this at my own cost because he ignored all contact afterwards. The holes cut in my external wall were never sealed, allowing bugs to enter our home and I have not been able to resolve this because I can't afford to pay out more to fix their mistakes. There is still a chunk missing from my bedroom wall that was never repaired and during the job a 2 story ladder was blown over (because noone was footing the ladder!) and smashed through my garage roof, which, again, never got sorted so I had to fix it myself to stop the roof from leaking.

Bayo has consistently ignored all contact since this job was completed. Seamserv are an absolute joke and should not be trusted.under any circumstances.

Lifesaver! Was kind enough to respond to an emergency pipe puncture at our new home. Did an excellent job and went over and above to calm our nerves for what felt like a really bad situation before he arrived. Genuine nice guy. Will definitely use again.
