This man is an angel. I had a leak spring up after diy bath tap change leaving me unble to use hot water supply. I just needed couplers tightened for the isolating valves but didn't have the tools to use in the space I had. After calling round for hours he answered and even though it wasn't a good time for him he came to help me within the hour.
He was so professional and kind - good natured all round. He worked efficiently and carefully with no rushing. He gave sound aftercare advice and diy tips for future reference.
Not only did he ensure I had heat and hot water tonight for the kids, he charged me a reasonable price for what I needed where others were quoting next to 2 day's wages.
When I need plumbing work done he is now my guy because in one encounter he has shown himself to be honest and reliable.

Asked Simon to rip out old basin and pedestal in bathroom and replace with a new basin on a vanity unit. I'm over the moon with the finished job. He was punctual, friendly and extremely clean and tidy. He also stripped out the old silicone from around the bath and re sealed it. Fantastic job, and a fantastic tradesman. Would highly recommend Simon to anyone. Have asked him to fit outside tap for me ready for the summer. Thanks Simon
