Skyline Taxis Milton Keynes

Taxi booked from MK to Luton Airport at 4 30 in the morning. Taxi on time. Driver needs to be paid by credit card via a link. Link slow to use. Driver impatient and insisted the passenger leave the car before reaching the airport itself. Passenger had to run up a hill to check-in, but missed his flight because no proper airport service was upheld, although payment was provided and confirmed. Appalling behaviour by Skyline employee ! Will never again use that company and will make sure my friends won't either.

Consistently poorly kept cars, terrible drivers and very recently just got charged almost PS19 for a journey that costs PS11 normally because the driver went the most stupid way! You suck.

Have used Sjyline Taxis for 14 years since movingvto Newport Pagnell. Brilliant company, clean cabs, and polite drivers.

Excellent service

We had an airport booking from Luton early hours of the morning, flight redirected to Birmingham. To have a proactive call to say you had someone at Birmingham and they could collect us was incredible. So a huge thank you it had been a very tricky journey home so the call was much appreciated. Thank you, an excellent service.

Another airport drop off/pick up service by Skyline and again couldn't have been any happier! Booked on the app, arrived on time, communication perfect, driver helpful, polite and most of all drove safely. Have used for about 10 years and will continue to do so!

Don't use taxi service often but when do it's skyline. Booked one get me home after car in garage. Arrived on time even during school run. Very impressed well done and thanks. Will book when car ready to be collected.

Very quick response

I ordered a pre booked taxi on the 8/05/25 by their APP for 0820 to take me from my home in Amos Court Bradville to the Oakridge Park Medical Ctre. At 08.30 I received a call from the driver to say he was in Haversham and couldn't find me! When I contacted the Skyline office I was informed that I had booked it from Haversham which is not true, my APP is set up for my house in Bradville, nowhere near Haversham.
I had to then order another taxi as I was now late for my medical appt for which I had to pay cash.
I have now received a receipt for the journey from Haversham?
I would like a refund of that journey I didn't have.
I will never trust the Skyline APP for a pre booked taxi again, instead pay cash.
