Used this place for years, unfortunately had to refund my membership in January after being a loyal customer for over 10 years, I have even introduced over 20 people who became regular customers. Had meetings to resolve the issues of poor service. Left the meeting not feeling confident that my concerns were addressed. Sadly will not be returning for the foreseeable future and none of my friends have been back either. Hopefully it improves, may give it a go again next year.

2025 update. Sadly same issues. Slushy snow down to base layer and matting in places. Still no rivers but down from 2 to 1 star for the fact same issues ongoing for at least 8 or 9 years now. It's just a bit sad to see it run so poorly or lacking in investment from the parent company. For the love of god make more snow please empty slopes compared to rival centres, it's not a lack of customers, it's customers recieving a lack of quality that sends them elsewhere, and such a shame. Sledging is now 30mins instead of 45 minutes, it's also PS15 per person instead of PS10, that's some inflation. Then have the instructor turn up 5 minutes late, then have a 2-3 minute safety brief and you think why bother. I spent PS60 in total.
