Solid Stone Paving recently replaced our 36m2 patio with Indian Sandstone slabs. The patio has been laid well, with a properly dug foundation and with care taken to ensure the slabs are well aligned. The new drainage system works well with the gradients having been done carefully to ensure water runs off in the right direction.
The patio was completed in two and a half days with the team working solidly all day. Everything was left clean and tidy with all rubbish removed.
The job was difficult due to poor access and no ability to get a mini digger round the side of the house. Some other companies either refused to quote or gave very high quotes as they didn't want the job. Solid Stone Paving gave us a reasonable quote and were pleased to take the job even though it was going to be hard work.
We're very pleased with the result and would recommend Solid Stone Paving.

Great work from the guys done a brilliant job for me .can not fault the hard work the guys done in the rain and cold.turned up before their time and stayed late night to do and finish the job .

We decided to get our driveway done when we saw one being completed further along our road.
Johnny couldn't have been more helpful when deciding what we would have and how it would look when completed.
Our driveway was a complete mess, full of deep dips, plants with horrific roots and weeds everywhere. We'd wanted block paving forever but couldn't afford it and didn't know who to use.
Well using Solid Stone Paving was the best decision ever.
They started the work on the Monday and the whole driveway had been completed on the Thursday.
They don't cut any corners and it's been done to a really high standard.
I highly recommend them and will be a return customer when we get our paving done in the back garden! 10/10!
