Just wanted to say a Huge thank you to Jess & Carly who were so helpful & patient serving us today. As recent converts from Costa we are yet to find our perfect drinks & these ladies could not have been more polite & professional - a credit to the company. We look forward to our next visit.

Loved my chai latte from Starbucks this time as they’ve made it actually the way it should be.

A lesson in how to take a nice Starbucks and move it across the way, and make it worse; more uncomfortable and less welcoming to sit inside. Such an awful vibe. Large bright lights make this the furthest thing from cozy. Horrible seating.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service we received at Starbucks today. The server who assisted us (unfortunately, we didn’t catch his name) was incredibly rude. His attitude was dismissive, and he made us feel like we were an inconvenience rather than valued customers.
I’ve never experienced such terrible service at any Starbucks before, and quite frankly, it was shocking and unacceptable. It left us feeling completely frustrated and disgusted.
I sincerely hope management addresses this issue with the staff, as today’s experience was far from the standard of service one would expect from Starbucks.
