Unbelievable sushi, having been to Japan multiple times and having a Japanese wife, I'd like to assume I've had my fair share of sushi. This is the closest I've had to Japanese sushi, it melts in your mouth, the rice ratio is great and well made. Probably the best I've had in the UK.

None of this rock hard rice or thickly sliced fish. Buttery and delicious
