Came yesterday for a Japanese head spa and it did not disappoint. Casey was amazing and I felt so relaxed. Will definitely be booking again.

I recently visited this salon for a Japanese head spa, but unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. The appointment started late because the staff couldn't locate the camera used for the crucial scalp analysis, and the other artists in the salon weren't able to help either. Ultimately, it was never conducted. Given that the salon promotes itself as a renowned provider of this unique service, it was quite disappointing to skip such a key step of the process.

Although the spa itself was relaxing and well-executed, the place was clean and the artist made me feel comfortable, the overall experience felt incomplete, especially since no effort was made to compensate for the missed scalp analysis that had a very premium price being paid for this service.

Had a great experience with Casey -- she was so welcoming and chatty and is incredibly talented. I felt completely at ease right away, I wasn't sure what I wanted but I put my trust In Casey to do what she wanted and she smashed it!! Love my new hair. The other ladies Jessie and Anais were also super friendly, helpful, and added to the vibe. Absolutely loved the atmosphere and the results! I'll definitely be going back and would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a great hairdresser.

I had a lovely head spa with Anais on more than one occasion. She is very professional and skilled at her job and makes you feel welcome and relaxed.

Ive been coming to Casey for almost 2 years now for blonde highlights and now I would not ever go anywhere else! Every single time without fail she does exactly what I ask for and gets me super blonde, I would recommend her to everyone, she is amazing! Overall a lovely vibe in this salon, highly recommend

Where do I start? I first met the salon owner when she was based out of Fenny Stratford. Rochelle is a savvy business woman and has high ambitions. I had a break from straightening my hair but returned to the Dolls House last year and my stylist has been Casey ever since. She is a wonderful young lady, attentive and a good listener. I've had the head spa and it was truly divine and I will be booking it again very soon.

Great experience, both me and my partner felt very relaxed at the end of Japanese head spa treatment. The experience was super unique.

My lovely mum and daughter arranged for me to to have the Japanese head spa this morning. It was absolute heaven I came out floating A whole hour and of someone playing with my hair, I had hair mask, hair oils, herbal tea poured over it, a head and neck massage, shampoo and condition, hair brushed, face steamed, relaxing music playing, worth every penny!!!! Room was beautifully decorated and so relaxing, me and my daughter had side by side beds while we had it done, the two girls who done our treatments was fantastic, so professional and polite and easy to speak too, they made us feel so comfortable and relaxed. My therapist was called Anais and she is an absolute credit to your company, so bright and so professional and knowledgeable, she carried out my whole experience flawlessly. Thanks again and we will be back soon!

Nishma is a wizard & always gets it exactly right! I always leave very happy after my appointments. The salon itself is decent, I got a cut & colour. Nishma is really helpful during the consultation & makes sure you understand the process and any recommendations she has. I would highly recommend her.

Just had the most amazing Japanese head spa treatment with Anais.... would thoroughly recommend. I left feeling amazing and relaxed, will definitely be returning for this treatment again!
