I went in needing a moment of peace and left feeling completely transformed. Katarina's massage was more than just physical; it was a deeply calming and restorative experience. The tranquil setting was perfect, and Katarina's warm, welcoming nature made me feel instantly comfortable. It was truly the loveliest massage I've ever had, and I can't wait to return.

I booked an amazing 30 min de stress massage for neck & back pain with Katarina a few weeks ago. Due to long office hours stress & family life my neck retains a lot of tension causing pain. It was very therapeutic & the hot stones were a first for me lovely on a cold winters day. I will be going back soon for a 60 min massage treatment to relax in the ambient atmosphere.

Everything about my experience at the Shenley retreat was exceptional. My husband had been raving about it for awhile so I decided to book a massage after a very stressful work week. I must say the massage was everything I needed and more. She was so gentle and knew the right amount of pressure to apply at all times. Definitely what the doctor ordered . I plan to make regular bookings as I would go again and again. Another plus was she was so warm I had absolutely no complaints. I only wish she could offer longer sessions as the longest I could find was 1 hour, definitely not enough as I could stay there all day.

Katarina was so kind and was able to fit my massage in on her day off. It was my first massage and she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. The massage made me feel so much better and I would definitely go back again.

We booked a spa day, for me and my husband and had an amazing beautiful experience. The day was so organised and relaxing, and food wonderful. Thank you so much for having us we can't wait to visit again. Xx

Had a spa night experience with my daughter and it was amazing. Katrina made the whole experience so special and she is so thoughtful and professional. She made the whole evening about us and made it very personal like we were her family. She is very welcoming and the treatments we had as well as the use of all facilities were just fantastic. Food was amazing and tasty. She is an absolute legend! We both felt so refreshed and relaxed and Katrina made sure we had the best time ever. Would 100% recommend and will definitely visit again :)

Wonderful couples session today with Katarina - we both had the salt radiance treatment - one after the other, with alternative automatic muscle relaxation machine for the one not on her treatment bench. Nice touch that.. we will be coming again.. thanks Katarina..

I had such a wonderful experience with Katerina. She was so kind and lovely, taking the time to break everything down for me - from what I was eating during the day to what might be causing issues with my skin and overall health. Katerina will also be following up with me, and I'm really looking forward to seeing my results. She even recommended videos and resources about food intolerances and health, which was incredibly helpful. I honestly couldn't recommend her more!
