Thrifty Car and Van Rental Milton Keynes

WORST rental experience of my life!! THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES!!
Accused us of damaging a tire (There was no visible damage) and stole our deposit of 250.00. Gave us no option to dispute, would not recommend. They never examined vehicle before giving it to us, but went over it with a fine-tooth comb upon returning it. I'm positive the damage was there prior to driving the vehicle off the lot, and sure they will steal someone else's deposit doing the same thing with the same car!!

I am absolutely shocked by anyone giving this place a decent review!! Staff were very rude, not nice to deal with at all.

I rent cars frequently here in the UK and at home in America- have completely stopped renting from this company because of this experience.

Absolute joke of a company. From their communication to the delivery and collection of a vehicle. I'd give 0 stars if I could. They delivered a car dirty. They then turned up to collect the car without informing us so we weren't even home. The next day we organised a collection and they instead tracked the car and collected it using a spare key. Leaving us with a key to the vehicle still... As if this wasn't enough incompetence, they didn't knock on the door to see if we needed to grab any last bits out of the car. So they drive off with my carseat, buggy and other bits. The company then had to drive back and drop off the items. The customer advisor then accused us of manipulating her??? because we simply called them out on their total incompetence and stupidity.
