I hosted a sound bath for one of my Mindful Mama Club events with Gayle and it was so beautiful. We all enjoyed 45 mins of pure relaxation and time to just enjoy, be ourselves and rest. I would highly recommend Gayle and I am already planning the next session with her!

I attended a sound bath with Gayle and it was nothing short of amazing! I left feeling totally at peace and at the same time the session enabled me to deal with some (post partum) uncertainty and trauma.

I had never had a Tantric massage before so I was a little apprehensive. But when I got there I had nothing to worry about. Gayle put me at ease and I felt very comfortable in her presence.

As for the massage I didn't feel that much, it was afterwards that it all came washing over me. As Gayle left the room and I rested for a little while and that's when my body started vibrating all over, every cell in my body was vibrating, I have never felt so alive in my physical body. It felt amazing!!

Yes I know not everyone's experience is going to be the same we are all different, but Tantra and Tantric massage can be very healing not only for the body but also the soul. I am so glad that I have found this practice as I am now also studying Tantra and Embodyment.
