Vitality Boost Wellness Studio is a calming, welcoming space with exceptional staff who truly care. I noticed real improvements in my energy and overall wellbeing after just a few sessions. Their holistic approach works wonders. A hidden gem for anyone serious about their health!

This was a fantastic experience. Aggie is so professional and thorough. She talked me through the whole process and gave me lots of information and advice, and I felt very well looked after and reassured.
The lymphatic pressure therapy process itself is super relaxing. It's an unusual experience - like having a big long hug! - but I felt amazing afterwards. I would highly recommend this and think Aggie is an amazing therapist with so much skill and knowledge. Thank you. Will definitely come back for more sessions! I can't recommend this place highly enough.

I recently had a massage treatment and honestly it was exactly what I needed. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and the space felt clean, warm, and welcoming. Aggie was not only professional but incredibly intuitive, she found every knot and tension point without me even having to say a word.

The pressure was perfect (firm but not painful), and I left feeling like a whole new person by the next day the pain in my back was reduced and it improved with each day.It wasn't just a massage, it was a full reset. Highly recommend to anyone.

I want to thank Aggie for the sports massages that have helped my lower back feel so much better. Two years ago, I hurt my lower back, and being active in the gym often left me feeling weak and sore. But after a few sessions, the pain and pressure in my back have decreased significantly, and I feel stronger and more energized. Her expertise and genuine care has had a positive impact on my life, and I'm sure she can help others too.

I had an amazing experience and felt really looked after by Aggie from my visit to see her a few times now. Previously I was getting a B12 injection and more recently a massage, and I can honestly say I left feeling like a new person. The B12 gave me a noticeable boost in energy--something I've really needed lately--and helped with my overall mood and focus. I really felt like the effects lasted a long time too.

The massage was absolutely incredible--just the right balance of relaxing and therapeutic. I'm currently pregnant and have been dealing with a lot of swelling in my feet, and the pressure therapy they used made such a difference. I felt lighter and more comfortable almost immediately afterward.

Highly recommend if you're looking for a little wellness reset, especially if you're expecting and need some relief from the extra pressure on your body. I'll definitely be coming back!

Agnieszka at Vitality boost has done wonders for my ongoing shoulder injury . I have been seeing Aggie for around 8 months now and usually have an appointment once every three weeks . Without her experience and fantastic sports massages and cupping . I would really struggle to carry on with my gym training and my plastering career. She has a wealth of knowledge and always eases my shoulder pain dramatically . Fantastic service at a very reasonable price .

Very good and very knowledgeable, made me feel at ease.
Have had massages to help recovery from sports injury for a while from boost wellness and you can feel the difference with each style of massages and they use sport tense equipment in addition to help speed up recovery further
The pressure massage / lymphatic drainage machine is another level very good for relaxing stress you feel very at ease and will sleep well after using that machine.
All in all a gem find and I'll be sticking with them from now on, I highly recommend for both injury recovery and even wellness maintenance ltd all under one roof,

I'm a 69 year old woman who suffers from neck pain, arthritis and joint pain. After completing my first session of PRESSURE THERAPY my body felt painfree. It was a very relaxing experience. Day 2 my skin is very smooth and my body feels clean and soft this was due to the toxins being taken out of my body the pain in my joints is not so painful as before the treatment. You're given a through consultation before the treatment begins and everything is explained to you. I know that this treatment is going to help me IMMENSELY and I'm looking forward to my next treatment.
