The Team at Ruff to Puff are brilliant, my German Shepherd loves her Grooms there and always comes out looking and smelling fabulous! 10/10 will always recommend!

Our boys favourite place ever! The staff are so lovely and attentive. We always know he's safe and having a great time when at Waggy Tales!

Our dog has only recently joined the waggy tales gang and they accepted her with open arms. My dog was very nervous to start off with and would wait by the door I dropped her off at rather than going to play with other dogs. However Waggy Tales took it slow with her, starting with 2 hour sessions which we are now increasing slowly. After a few sessions, our dog now gets so excited in the car and runs straight in without me now. That is huge and tells me how much fun she has and how well looked after she is and that she is comfortable.

My puppy Louis has been attending Waggy Tales since he was around 4 months old. He absolutely loves it and as soon as he realises where he is going for the day he is so excited, and happily runs straight through to play with the other dogs when I drop him off. Staff are so friendly and they always let you know how his day was and what he got up to, and we love seeing pictures on Facebook too. I'm so pleased to have found Waggy Tales and to know Louis is in good hands when he is there. Louis always comes home so tired from his fun day.
Louis has also had the puppy package from Ruff to Puff as well as a full groom. I highly recommend the puppy package, it was a great help in Louis getting used to different feelings and sounds of being groomed and now he is not bothered by it at all! Rachael is lovely and friendly, and also gave some advice on at home grooming too which was really helpful.

Just given one star because I can't give zero, I took my dog to be groomed and bathed today, and she came home with a cut ear and a cut on her stomach with a piece of skin hanging off it, not to mention that she is scared and growling at everyone in the house. I don't know what they did to her but I will never go back to that place again.

Couldn't recommend this doggy daycare enough. Lydia and the team were so welcoming and friendly to my 3 legged dog. They have been brilliant in helping him socialize and gain confidence with other dogs. He's always so excited whenever he arrives at Waggy Tales and comes home one tired pup.

I cannot recommend Waggy tales and Ruff to Puff enough.

I have a nervous rescue dog called Effie and i have always been reluctant to put her into a daycare or groomer due to being worried it would stress her out too much.

Waggy Tales have been FAB from day 1 of meeting them. Effie has been gradually building up her time spent at Waggy Tales daycare and i can see such a difference in her confidence. I get great updates from the team with regards to Effie's progress and its lovely to see photos and videos of the her and the other dogs having a great time during the day :) Waggy Tales staff are really patient with Effie and i feel very comfortable leaving her in their capable hands.

Effie also attended Ruff to Puff Grooming recently and i am also very impressed with the service i received. They looked after Effie really well and were patient with her being a nervous girl. She looks and smells amazing!!

Waggy Tales was a saving grace for our young Border Collie and continues to be so. They came highly recommended and so, with an anxious dog around new people, I chose Waggy Tales to help her integrate and become accustomed to new people, pups & environment.
The initial meeting and subsequent short stay sessions proved that not only do Waggy Tales provide an exemplary service but also have an incredibly knowledgable, trained and personable team.
Heidi now visits regularly and absolutely loves her time with the Waggy Tales team, jumping from the car with haste as we pull up!
I recommend Waggy Tales to everyone without question.

Our puppy is so excited when we drive the up the road to Waggy Tales. She's only been a handful of times but it must have left quite the impression on her...!

Our pup loves his half-days at Waggy Tales, he visits twice a week for play and socialising. The team love to see him and he's always super-excited to run in and greet everyone when we drop him off.
Cannot recommend highly enough if you need a daycare option for your dog, it's really easy to book and pick a time slot to meet your schedule. Once your dog has passed the initial assessment you can book each session with flexibility rather than commiting to a set period of days. Our experience is that Lydia and her team really care for our dog, and Waggy Tales is a safe and secure environment for him. There are warm spaces and sofas to chill out on as well as plenty of spaces to run around with his friends.
