We bought a massage chair from Weyron about four years ago, and have been very happy with it ever since. Recently we called them to come out and service the chair, and they got us booked in very quickly and with no fuss at all. The team that attended were punctual, polite and very professional. We have had great experiences with this company, and would happily buy from them again.

I am very pleased with Weyron as I purchased my Felicity chair in 2022 and now in 2025 it was creaking so I contacted Weyron and the next day engineers came and very helpfully servicef it and it is working fine now.

This company will NOT allow you to pass on any warranty, even if its a month old, so if you ever buy one second hand its not like a car ( although the prices are ) where you have x amount of years under warranty whoever you sell it to, and the parts are sooooo expensive if and when they break, my personal wayron massage chair hasnt had much use, and its doesn't work, now its fine mr sales man/woman you can threaten me with legal action for telling the truth! I would NEVER buy from these again,

The chair is still from Yourselves and its hardly been used, and your customer service is terrible, at best! Why dont you do the right thing and help your customers out, rather than over charging on repairs or better still give a warranty that lasts and can be passed on, id rather you resolve this matter

Recently purchased a chair following the visit to the showroom in Milton Keynes. The gentleman who went through all chairs was so knowledgeable, polite and helpful. Originally our delivery date was 2 weeks from date of purchase for the chair we wanted, however due to our family personal situation I asked if the company could deliver it earlier. Within 2 hours I received a text to confirm delivery in 4 days. This service was outstanding and I was so grateful. The gentlemen that delivered the chair were so friendly and kindly spent time with me and my husband going through the functions of the chair. My recent experience was been outstanding and I would highly recommend Weyron. The chair itself is absolutely amazing. I was very satisfied with the whole experience.

We recently visited weyron Milton Keynes office, and bought master supreme chair, and can't wait for it to arrive !! Daniel was very kind , polite and patient with all our questions. It was really important for us to buy this chair from a company based locally. We will write another review after we have enjoyed the chair for few weeks.

Stay away from this company. I paid PS5,000 for a chair, within 2 years its broke. I contacted the company as its a mechanical fault and they advised that the warranty cant be transferred to a new owner (my friend bought the chair initially). They refused to assist despite saying online they will give free troubleshooting help, also they have clearly lied about a 3 year standard warranty. Considering you pay such a large amount for a chair, the service is awful. The pricing they quoted for parts was also PS350+ PS160 callout (they increased the price after i left a bad review). Would definitely not buy from them again and i wouldn't recommend them to anyone looking.

We went to the Weyron showroom in Milton Keynes last Sunday and were greeted by Daniel. He thoroughly explained the features of all their chairs and patiently allowed us to try each one. We had his undivided attention throughout and didn't feel rushed or pressurised to buy. In the end we were able to make an informed decision on our choice of massage chair and can't wait to receive it later this week.

I purchased the vogue in 2016, I'm looking to visit to upgrade. Brilliant service always on point. My machine has been enjoyed by me and my guests for years and still going strong

First class product and company (WEYRON Master-Supreme 6D A.i massage chair)

I recently purchased the WEYRON Master-Supreme 6D A.i massage chair, and have been living with it for a couple of months now, and I honestly couldn't be happier. I actually took a bit of a risk in that I didn't visit a showroom or see it before it arrived, purely going by what I'd seen online, and more importantly the superb advice from Daniel the sales rep. I have a condition that causes me a lot of pain in my back and elsewhere, which I discussed with Daniel on the phone, who advised the Master Supreme was the best choice...and he was absolutely right. Daniel was courteous, understanding, knowledgeable, and ensured I got the right product and a smooth delivery. This is now a daily part of my wellbeing, and I'm not sure what I'd do without it! The only problem is that I have to fight off my wife and daughter who also love using it! A premium product, premium service, and a company who were a joy to purchase ...
