YO! Milton Keynes

We really like going here and the children love the belt but having booked a few days ago for a table at 7pm tonight with the restaurant purportedly open until 9pm, we then received a call today to say they close at 6.30 and we could eat at 6pm. We didn't fancy a 30 minute rush. What a shame. A little more notice would have been more helpful in making alternative plans. The website still says it is open until 9pm so either it is in fact open or the website is out of date. Either way we won't be eating sushi tonight...

Took 35 mins to be seen - no one seemed to know what they were doing.

Upon sitting at the table the chopsticks given had leftover food and scum on them (these were given to us 'fresh') - table was dirty and everything was just 'off'

We ended up leaving after watching a server give the iPad to a customer to order for himself.

Awful. Will never go back. VERY DIRTY PEOPLE AND PLACE. Plates were sticky, soy sauce bottle was vile to touch. Sushi on the belt was warm which was very worrying and customer service is non existent. They put a service charge on and don't tell you and they shouldn't get a penny for customer service. The booth was disgusting with food on the seats and the whole table was dirty and sticky. Only one toilet working and no toilet roll. They should not be allowed to trade. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Fantastic! Friendly, quick service, great food and we love the conveyor. I've not been to this restaurant before and I saw some less favourable reviews online but went ahead and booked anyway and I'm so glad I did. The restaurant was clean and well presented, the food was excellent, the staff were freindly and the serivice was quick. We had both cold plates from the conveyor and ordered some hot dishes too - everything was great. Highly recomended.

Food is good but lack of customer service , Manager has a very rude approach heard him screaming at other staff member in-front of us and then came to our table with a grumpy rude attitude my girls were terrified. They should get proper training on a customer service.few times this has happened that we didn't enjoy the service.
Definitely won't recommend to families.

Frequent yo sushi across UK but today's experience was by far the worst encounter in any restaurant I've been to. The most basic interaction with staff came across as though I was asking them to discuss foreign policy issues. 1.) sitting us by the window although entire restaurant was empty. This was obviously strategic so people walking outside would think the restaurant is busy 2) Despite us stating that we frequent yo sushi regularly, bald Asian man gave us a lesson on the conveyor belts 3) Bald man said the only way to order is to pick off of the belts when in reality, you can order through your server 4) Asked for coke with ice, bald Asian man said "I'll have to check if we have ice" - which restaurant doesn't have ice?! And why does it have to escalate to open discussion amongst colleagues if you have ice? If im honest, this experience ruined my day. The food was below average too. It's absolutely appalling to have been treated like we're stupid.

It's really good really quick Service .

Went here for a valentines date- was an amazing experience! When we arrived we were shown our seat and explained how it worked to order and the service was excellent (Matt especially). I recommend:)

I always go to this restaurant, everything is delicious and the service we get from the waiter named Lokki is really great .
