This is just to say a big thank you to the Hospital After Care Service who do a brilliant service supporting patients when they are discharged.
I recently came home after a week in Hospital and I can't fault the care I received. I was totally unaware of the service.
Little things like hoovering, dusting and bed changing meant so much to me as I wasn't able to do much when I came home.
The staff do not get the recognition that they deserve and I'm very grateful to them

Had a great time at the 4hr lunchtime event today (10-2pm). Love to attend regularly, but unfortunately it costs too much for us both to attend regularly. If things change (finances) we'll be back.
