I was motivated to switch provider because we were becoming increasingly frustrated with the service provided by our previous provider.
Emails, including urgent ones took an age to get a response on - they joined their inbox and were answered in accordance to date/time of receipt.
We had a number of people handle our account and therefore, no one person really "knew" our payroll.
There was no flexibility with the reporting methods or how we needed our information presented.

Despite my dissatisfaction, it was, however, a big step to change provider due to the importance of getting the payroll and associated tax measures etc. correct, and the transfer needed to be seamless.

Chris provided the necessary reassurance and answered all my questions as and when they arose. I also took comfort that APS was a local business, something we are always keen to support.

We made the switch to using APS in April 2022, the transfer was smooth and I am really glad we decided to make the change.

Simply, APS is everything ( and more) that our previous supplier was not.
We have a main contact, our emails and queries are handled promptly, they are flexible and helpful, they flag up queries and potential issues, are reliable and I believe cost effective.
