I was transitioned from KSK since they were taken over by MHA, without any communication or notification.
Since the MHA takeover I have lost all direct contact with my main accountants Hannah Collins & Liz Newell. They have been slow in responding to emails, if at all.
It was a more personal & customer focused service when it was KSK. Charges are disproportionately high for the service provided.
I've had no choice but to move to a more professional & personable accountancy firm.
