Customer service only until you hand them over your money, then it's the shoddiest possible service imaginable

Great experience at first just a shame they refused to pay me on my last wage. Disputing that a road which is perfectly straight the tracker indicates that means i was driving. Some how delivered to all of the roads off that road without stopping in the car. You will be sent to areas with no houses to deliver to and then have it disputed you didnt go. Theres nothing to deliver to. I funnily enough didnt get a copy of said tracking either. So my word against there's and 4 hours 2 people shleping hundreds of leaflets 2 people and no payment. The maps you are given are incomplete and confusing. Not to mention how rude the fella was about it.

I just would like to say a massive thank you to Adam, for his great skill, talent and dedication in the design of my estate management leaflets.
He was thorough and professional throughout the whole process, explaining the whole procedure and outcome.
Therefore I have no hesitation in recommending Adam and Sure2Door to my family and friends, regarding customer service and knowledge.

Very helpful company who provided me with a roller banner and photo prop frame within a week. Communication was excellent all through the process and the quality of the products is great.

I got my leaflets disturbed by sure2door this year. All leaflets were around under 10k leaflets to be distributed around mk3 area only.
Leaflets had a freebie on them so come into store and claim somthing, Unfortunatly I don't believe this was done correct by s2door . As i have 3 employees living in mk3 and hadn't received any leaflets.
From those leaflets "distributed" only got a response of 15 leaflets back.
5 from mk3 , 2 from mk4 another 5 from mk10 the rest of them were from mk6.
Did try to ring at the time and was told Shelley will ring me back. Didnt get no call or voicemail. So have no choice but to let others.
