Abbey Hill Golf Club is a registered Community Amateur Sports Club. It was founded in 1975 utilising the Abbey Hill golf course, owned by the local council and now operated and maintained by Burhill Golf Limited. The current clubhouse, owned by the Club, was built in 1989 on land leased from the local council.
With over 350 members we aim to provide well organised golf competitions and to develop an enjoyable environment for members to play golf and socialise with friends. It provides a full programme of competitions across Men’s, Ladies & Seniors sections and through it’s affiliation with England Golf also provides an official WHS handicap for all members.
