We booked an apartment here for the Formula 1 weekend, A few days later I received countless messages from them asking me to cancel the booking on my end due to a "technical issue". They stated the technical issue would mean they were unable to host my stay. Turns out the REAL reason is they wanted to increase the price for two nights by PS1900 to take advantage of people around the F1 weekend.

We are disappointed to read this review as it does not accurately reflect the situation.
The cancellation request was due to a genuine technical issue relating to a newly created listing and an error on the booking platform, which resulted in incorrect stay settings being displayed for the Formula 1 weekend. This issue was later acknowledged by the booking platform as a system/timing error and was completely outside of our control.
At no point was the booking cancelled in order to increase the price. The pricing being referenced was already consistent with market rates across the area for the Formula 1 weekend, however the issue itself had nothing to do with pricing.
We understand how frustrating this situation was and we did our best to communicate promptly once the issue became apparent. However, accusations that we acted dishonestly or attempted to take advantage of guests are simply untrue.
We always aim to provide a professional and transparent service to all guests and regret that this technical issue impacted your experience.

I loved the fact that it was a walking distance from the train station.
Their response to questions was very prompt.
Only issue was the cleaning crew could have done better with the place before our arrival.
All in all....I will love to go there again

Bed was very old and caulking of toilet was black , Kath confused even check out time and made me to leave one day early

With regard to the check-out date, all booking confirmations and check-in details, including exact dates, are provided in writing at the time of booking. We recommend all guests double-check this information to avoid any misunderstandings.
We have reviewed the property, and while the bed and facilities meet our quality standards, we will still look into your comments about the bathroom sealant to ensure our high standards are maintained.

The AV Hughes Properties apartments are well located downtown, close to markets, shopping malls, etc. The accommodations are very comfortable and the apartment is very clean. I stayed in their apartment for practically a month. I recommend it. And above all, they are super attentive and answer any questions very quickly.

A truly excellent apartment in the heart of Milton Keynes. I booked it for the weekend while away with work. The team were brilliant and being highly responsive to all my questions. Perfect for short or long stays, I would recommend it without hesitation. This is a real gem and the host was 10/10!

A really lovely apartment in the centre of MK. I was looking for a property for a month long stay after returning from living overseas before my permanent property was ready. The team gave a slight discount and were really attentive in answering questions and providing information. I would definitely recommend it for a stay long or short.
Only downside is I stayed during one of the hottest weeks and the apartment was extremely hot. The windows only open slightly which didn't provide a lot of air? They did provide a fan but it would have been nicer to have ac, hence the 4 stars instead of 5!
