Rod is a 10/10 driving instructor. He is patient, well-mannered and very professional. He helped me build up my confidence with his clear and easy to understand instructions. I never felt rushed or stressed which allowed me to feel more comfortable driving. He gave me all the support for my driving test where he helped me pass first time. Rod is reliable and supportive, I would highly recommend him.

Absolutely great instructor! Whether you're just starting out driving or coming back to it after a few years like myself, Rod is your go to. Very friendly, respectful and cheerful but always focused and there when you need help or likewise a situation is developing. I never felt any judgement even when I made mistakes from Rod and this is ideal when trying to pass your test. Great guy and I'll definitely miss our chats

Rod is a fantastic driving instructor. Arrives promptly, is calm, reassuring, explains everything well and has the patience of a saint. My daughter has loved her lessons with Rod and the confidence and skills he has given her to be off on the road on her own are second to none. Thanks Rod!

I would like to give Rod from BSM 5 stars and this is before my son has taken or passed his test! Easy to give 5 stars when they pass first time but I would like to praise Rod for how he is teaching my son. He has the patience of a saint and has taken the lessons at the pace of my son and not just applied a standard structure to the lessons. My son has ADHD and Rod went on a course to learn more about ADHD which is much appreciated. When I take my son out he is very thorough, anticipates what other drivers may do and talks so positively about his lessons. I would definitely recommend Rod to anyone looking for a kind, patient and experienced instructor.

Great instructor, teaches everything you need to know and prepares you well with mock tests. Picks up on errors easily and makes sure that they are corrected. Very observant and can pick up on small details like looking in mirrors. Overall great instructor and alllowed me to pass with 0 faults.

The Best driving instructor ever, he is very calm and patient and knowledgeable, he does very individual lessons and will adapt to your needs. I cant recommend him enough
