As beekeepers we take a great deal of care to make sure our bees are kept in the best conditions.
Our apiaries are located in Stoke Hammond, Castlethorpe and Stewkley. As bees only forage within a 3 mile radius, this means all the honey is local.
The forage varies as the seasons change and this means our honey flavours and textures change as well. Every extraction batch tastes different!
All our honey is raw, simply filtered during the extraction process. All honey is runny when extracted. It will eventually crystallise and harden.
We also offer a soft-set honey which has been pasteurised and worked to produce a very smooth butter-like texture.
