Genuine review, which will be lied about from company. I booked multiple courses with these people, only completed two, had no other online material sent so out of PS3500 Iv had approximately PS450 worth of training. The trainer in Newcastle caused an issue I was extremely unhappy about and it got quite bad with initially all owners being involved. Nothing was getting solved so I asked for a refund. I was told point blank 'no'.. Apparently the very vague T's and C's cover it. When in actual fact they aren't specific to my issue. Then the Milton Keynes branch said they weren't anything to do with the Newcastle branch saying she was a sub-educator. That's still someone working on their behalf.., I claimed with small claims, won the case, sent a bailiff and they lied to their face claiming Ca cosmetics and aesthetics had ceased trading and didn't work their anymore and they didn't know where they had gone. Social media shows actually the company has only rebranded and still working from the same address, offering all the same products. Please please beware before you hand your good money over. They have taken mine and technically gave me nothing in return for at least PS3000 worth. Apparently the company has no money. I just don't want to see anyone else have their hard earned money taken and receive nothing for it. Find another company. I'm happy for anyone to contact me as I can also show lots of proof as they will deny everything Iv written. Big liars...!!!
Update- this company not only dissolved but then within a short space of time rebranded in their words to CA the home of education and CA Collective. Same people, same company, exact same products, purposely changed to not have to pay me back. They are all nice as pie until there's an issue and then they turn shady and lie... STAY AWAY!!!!!

This review does not reflect on Claire, I do not know the quality of her training but she did turn up for her client. I booked a training session and paid PS125 deposit with Amey. She did not turn up. There was a whole mix of conflicting messages between, Amey, her colleague and myself including the fact that I did not get a cancellation message. I left the salon with no promise of rebook or refund of the PS125 plus I lost a days work. I felt robbed. Two further messages in the day asking for rebook and then eventually just refund or I would be forced to write reviews and claim my money back via an alternative metho, although were read, were not responded to until 6am the next day. This response was also conflicting with what actually happened, the previous message and it makes the communication, team work and organisation within the salon sound even worse. I have claimed my money back via my bank and will not be rebooking again.

I have completed a few courses with CA and it's been brilliant! Clare provides such a warm and welcoming environment! She's extremely knowledgeable and her passion to help her students shines through! The after course support is also fantastic! Highly recommend!

She is very, very thorough, Very, very professional, It's been an absolute honour to be able to do my training with her, Her Communication is exceptional, And her knowledge is absolutely endless! So if you're looking for Quality training, this would Definitely be the to go to place!! Not only for training, but for treatments! Thank you, Claire. You have been amazing! X

Claire is a fabulous and knowledgable trainer. Her treatment and product knowledge is exceptional. The amount of models provided on the day for training was also some of the best I have ever come across and it was very hands on. I would definitely return for any future training!

Booked a lash appointment for my birthday, my appointment was supposed to be 1.45pm and they delayed it to 2.15 last minute on instagram DM which i was completely fine with. However because of the christmas traffic and coming from Northampton, i was a little late and got there around 2.30. Also messaged to say i would be late because of traffic! I was refused service because she had to pick up her kids from school, which made no sense because even if she started my lashes at 2.15, it would have went past 3 anyway!! So she offered to contact me the next morning (sunday) to get me in if her mum could have the kids.. next day comes and no contact atall!! Not even a courtesy message.
After all this i still wanted to give them a chance and messaged them on instagram for a service on Wednesday. Read but ignored! Wow!! How unprofessional!!
