I had an amazing stay at this apartment! It was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located near everything I needed. The host was very helpful and made the whole process smooth and easy. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!
Stayed here in Milton Keynes for work, had a great stay.
These flats are located in The Hub area of Central Milton Keynes which has become quite decadent. Lifts on most of these properties do not work. Make sure you verify which floor your flat is located at. Avoid anything above the 2nd floor. We just rented a flat on the 5th floor. No lift during NYE. Had to go up and down every day. They refused to move us to another location or provide a refund. This happens to a lot of people. Also, be mindful this area is prominent with homeless people.
I stayed in city stay apartments(carnegie), Milton Keyens for 5 months. The rooms are at heart of city and accessible to all. The apartment has all necessary facilities and the response to our request is handled swiftly. Overall I had a pleasant stay and would recommend city stay to everyone travelling to Milton Keyens.

Very happy with our recent experience through City Stay Apartments! Clean and modern apartment with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Location was perfect, right in the centre of MK, really close to restaurants, shops and easy to get around. Bethany was really responsive to any queries we had during our visit. Highly recommend if you are staying in the area, I wouldn't consider anywhere else for our next trip!

I'm staying in city stay apartment vision 2 days back and since I arrived the internet is not working .. when I called the maintenance they came after few hours and they said it's fixed however after 10 minutes, it's not working again. Then I called them back 2 hours age but no one came, I'm very frustrated with my stay and I'm not recommending that poor apartment for anyone ever BIG ZERO RATING
Thank you for your feedback and apologies that there has been a problem with your wifi. I can understand your frustration as wifi is an important aspect to your stay. We did try to fix the problem by putting in a TP link router as a temporary measure and we are sorry that it did not meet your requirements. I hope you can come back again and we can rectify the experience you had staying with us, I also hope that enjoyed your stay with us other than the Wifi issue.
Would give zero stars if I could. Took PS200 off me then cancelled the booking leaving my 18 year old son stranded in another city hours from home. Stay away do not book, bad business practices, bad customer service, awful experience. They should be removed from all reputable booking websites the owners are clearly charlatans.

Services from the property manager is absolutely disgusting. You are not able to collect the key at the property and they give you very unclear instructions to a random lockbox in the middle of some dark alley. When's The owners of the actual building have van this property manager from operating any key exchange near the building.
Parking is NOT free as when you arrive there is no allocated parking and when you the call the office they refuse to cooperate. The office is based in the same place as a day care gymnasium.
When we eventually opened the door to the apartment, it smelt if sewage. When we called the office to notify them, they refused to fix to the problem.
They definitely do not take their guests seriously.
Esdpecisy if you are conifer. To work until he area, I would never book here . Look at the star of the living room passage

Before checking in we ask guests to provide us ID due to the key collection being self check in, we didn't receive this information from you so were unable to send you the checking in details straight away. The key box is located opposite a cafe and a restaurant in the centre of Milton Keynes, not a dark alley way as you have described. The walk from the key box to the apartment is approx 3 minutes and the map we gave is very clear as other guests do not have a problem checking in.
Parking is included in your stay which we did tell you, but we need your vehicle registration to register your vehicle which you did not provide us prior to arrival. When you did give us your registration number your vehicle was registered straight away and was paid for and we did tell you this.
Our offices close at 3pm but we can take calls after this time to assist guests with checking in. If our call answerer had commitments with their children out of hours the we are sorry you heard some children in the back ground, but we do not work in a gymnasium.
The hallway outside the apartment has been taken up due to a leak but is being replaced shortly, as per our terms and conditions we are not responsible for communal areas of the apartments and the carpet not being there is out of our control. In regards to the sewage smell, we did send a plumber and the smell was not coming from the apartment which we did inform you about.
We absolutely take our guests seriously and we understand that you did not like the checking in process and we did help you as much as we could despite you sending verbally abusive text messages, shouting and being extremely impolite to them on the phone when they were trying to help you. For this reason we asked you to communicate to us via message as your behaviour was upsetting our staff.
