Came for the stadium, staff were friendly, and guided me to where the pay machines for the very expensive parking were in the hotel. PS8 for 4 hours, horrific prices

Dear David,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We are pleased to hear that our staff were friendly and helpful during your stay, particularly in guiding you to the parking payment machines, and that our location was convenient for your visit to the stadium.
We would also like to clarify that overnight parking for hotel guests is available at a reduced rate of PS10 for 24 hours using the QR code from Reception We apologise if this was not clearly communicated during your stay, as we understand how important clear information is when planning a visit.
Thank you again for your comments. We hope to welcome you back in the future.

Kind Regards

Great hotel can be noisy if you are put around back facing KFC area as boy racers drive up and down the road late at night. Ironing board was broken in room. Parking is a pain to do shame it use to be free.

I've stayed here a few times at this hotel, the room are good, the TV which on the wall is too high, it's need to be lower. The bathroom is excellent & the shower is outstanding. But the newest issue, I don't luck is paying to park your car at PS10/day..the breakfast is very good & the staff very good..

I received first class service on my arrival from the receptionist, Evengia. Evengia, was very understanding, professional and ensured my stay was comfortable by providing an adequate room. When I entered the room the temperature was perfect 18' degrees very cool on a very warm day this really helped too. Thank you Evengia

Pros:
Lovely reception staff.

Cons:
Very noisy rooms - the doors slam shut; the noise from rowdy guests in the corridors is loud though the room door; cars with big exhausts are revving all night in the car parks & fast food outlets that surround the hotel.

Good hotel, located on a retail park with lots of food and drink outlets. Because it's part of the stadium, some of the rooms are quite a long walk away. However good sized rooms, breakfast very basic, staff were welcoming.
