Ducklings Preschool Westcroft, Milton Keynes

If I could rate 6 stars, I would. Incredible place with incredible staff who put their heart and soul into their work. Highly recommend! Our son has additional needs and the team at Ducklings Westcroft went above and beyond for him. Forever thankful. Massive shoutout to Bekki and Shivani!

My little boy started after the Easter half term, I was a little nervous as he wasn't doing so well at his childminders i was worried he wouldn't settle and wouldn't want to mix and get involved. Turns out I had no need to worry as he has settled in brilliantly. Moving him to Ducklings was the best decision I could have made for him. The staff here are absolutely lovely. Initially he was only meant to be going to westcroft till September when I could transfer him to tattenhoe park which is closer to home but i love westcroft so much I think I'll be keeping him there.

*Edit* A year on and still sooo happy with ducklings. Leo loves it and actually asks to go to school and see Bekki, Sally and Katie and his friends at weekends and during half terms!

Two of my children have attended Ducklings, my daughter who is now 7yo and now my son. Amelia has started at only 2yo after all covid craziness and it made me feel bad for sending her away to nursery at such a young age, but Ducklings Westcroft was recommended to me by a friend and I couldn't be happier. My daughter grew from a shy girl who wouldn't play with children and wouldn't talk to anyone to an amazing and confident girl and the staff helped her to achieve it. Daniel, my 3yo, started at 2yo as well although I was keen for him to start even younger, unfortunately it wasn't an option at the time. He is thriving! He loves going there, I was sad that some of the old staff won't be there but I trusted Bekki, who used to be my daughters key worker, and now manages the setting, and she is amazing! The staff not only supports the children but also parents, the amount of times I cried at the door to one of the Duck Ladies (as we call them at home) they've always made me feel better, listened and gave advice. Any concerns I had, even if I thought them 'silly', were listened to and supported. My daughter was born on 31st of July so she is one one the youngest in her year but she went to school prepared and confident thanks to all the amazing people working at Ducklings Westcroft. I recommended the setting to many people and they were also very happy, some changed from different nurseries. I always speak highly and recommend it to everyone! Very pleased with all the love and care given to children. Settling process is excellent, each child is given personal attention and every request by parents is considered. All activities are brilliant and children receive brilliant lessons.

Staff are amazing and are so helpful. They will listen to everything you say and will help you if you have problems. My son was so happy to join and now he doesn't want holidays to come up because he loves it so much

Over the past 10 years all 3 of my children have gone to ducklings West Croft . The ladies there are amazing so caring and supportive . We really are going to miss them all as our last child goes to school this year .
We are very sad to be saying good bye to the fantastic ladies and we are so grateful for all the hard work they all put it
