They didn't accept mee and you took my money

We arrived at Easy Hotel and Tina checked us in so quickly - it literally took under 2 minutes! She was super friendly, efficient, and made the whole process feel effortless even though we were tired from travelling.
Her warm smile and positive energy instantly made us feel welcome. It's rare to get such fast and cheerful service at check-in, and Tina made our arrival stress-free.
If you're staying at Easy Hotel, I really hope you get served by Tina - she's a credit to the team!

Great location and price, have stayed here before however bathroom in my room (326) needed some attention. See pictures and videos.
Hotel had no hairdryer for all 3 days of my visit.
Aircon was amazing.
Just a little disappointed this time. Have answered their feedback survey so hopefully it all gets fixed.
Told myself remember it's not an expensive hotel so deal with it.

The room was clean. Location was excellent. The price was surprised. But the room was poor.the mattress was very thin ,hard non comfortable. No any chair or table at all.no even shelf to put your bag or rabe to put your clothes. The room was bed, toilet. No cattle or coffee macker. But very economical price and only positive thing was Mr ALI the staff at reception who was very helpful, cooperative and extremely polite.

Hello,
We stay at easy hotel 3 nights the hotel is near to the center and the view is good .Mr Ali at the reception welcome us and he is freindly and help us to finish chick in quickly.
The room doesn't has any facility except air condtion is fine,the bed rank its bad ,no chair or table to put our things on it.no cupboard to put our clothes,no boiler but at the recption hot water as free.

This is the fourth or fifth time I've stayed at easyHotel Milton Keynes and there's a good reason for that. The staff here are exceptional, particularly Gareth and Ali who go above and beyond to make everyone's stay as pleasant as possible.
It's rare for me to sing the praises of any chain hotel, but here I'm going to make an exception. It's true that this is a budget hotel and of course you get what you pay for, but you also get far more in this place. A delightful experience full of friendly people who make even Milton Keynes a lovely place to be!
