Wish I hadn't bothered!!!! Staff and service incompetent.
Booked a slot 2 days previous to give them time to get the tyre, turned up, booked in and asked to wait in the waiting room. 45 mins later thinking it doesn't take this long to change 1 tyre I got up to have a look in the workshop to see what was going on. Saw a young lad with an A4 piece of paper looking at the tyres and in the car and then wander aimlessly around the workshop so I thought I'd enquire at reception as to what was going on. They moved to the workshop door, shouted, asking who was looking after my car and it was A4 lad, he informed us that he was looking for my tyre - 50mins now AND THEY'VE DONE NOTHING!!
As you can imagine I was none too pleased. Then I was introduced to the gobby receptionist, who instead of apologising for wasting my time decided they were going to try and use every excuse under the roof and try to talk all over me. NEVER AGAIN and good luck to anyone else who ventures in there.

Went is for a service, got there at 10am. Gave my keys over to the person behind the counter. Say how the car has a problem when you drive it. It sometimes stop working and I also ask for spark plugs and fuel filter to be replaced. As I pay for the service online, I waited for a phone call. I was charged over PS300 pounds for spark plugs and fuel filter. Which I think is bad. Also no mention about my cars Other problem, which leads me to thinking the service was not done right
, has my rear tyre are 8 years old and cracking and I did think they would pick up on this but they said all tyres are fine. When I went to get my car, in the office I could see paperwork all over the front desk and I could all so see peoples names, what car they drove and home address. DON'T GO HERE PLEASE

Frendly staff

A mistake that could have cost me MY LIFE!!! I went here to get a puncture repair on my Audi A7. It took them a long time as I waited with a lot of movement and not much action. Finally they said ot was ready. I haven't used the car much since (just some local short journeys) but I started to hear weird noises when I went around corners then extreme juddering above 50mph. I took it to Chalky Whites to get that wheel balanced only to find the mechanic at Formula 1 only did mhy wheel nuts up finger tight and my wheel was loose! I am literally staggered and this is utterly dangerous and liable. How can they make such a basic error??

Prices were great, waiting area clean and tidy and staff seemed nice and friendly. I would recommend.

Poor service, seems like staff don't know what they doing or every single of them on day 1... getting into the car without any gloves or covering seats, leaving grease marks. Would avoid for the future.
