Overall, it's a lovely hotel in a perfect location--right across the road from the theater, at the end of the shopping center, and just an 8-minute walk to Xscape. We stayed on the 11th floor in a Signature Plus room. The hotel is modern, and during the warmer weather, the effective air conditioning throughout the building and in the rooms was a massive bonus. I would definitely stay here again.

Pros Location: Unbeatable for shopping, theater, and entertainment. Cleanliness: Spotless throughout. Amenities: High-quality Elemis toiletries and lovely, fluffy towels. The View: If you manage to get a room overlooking Campbell Park, the views are fantastic. Breakfast: A truly fantastic breakfast selection. Cons The Shower: While it looks amazing, the water pressure was lacking and the water was lukewarm at best. The waterfall showerhead desperately needs descaling, as the water jets were spraying all over the place. The Gym: It features very modern, high-end equipment, but the treadmill is bizarre and hard to use. I ended up having to do my jog around the park instead. A Note on the Views

The views from the top-floor restaurant are absolutely amazing. However, please note that if you don't secure a park-view room, your bedroom window will just look out over the roof of the shopping center.

Our first time visiting and I'm sure won't be the last! We celebrated our anniversary with a staycation deal - 2 course meal, 1 night stay and breakfast. Not only was it great value we were actually blown away by the whole experience!
Every member of staff was superb - friendly and attentive. The food was incredible and the views just top it off.
The room is huge, comfy and very clean. Lovely powerful shower too. The proximity to the shopping centre and the park is also a highlight.

Was served by Katherine at the bar & lounge area but she was incredibly rude. On a separate note, the view is always great. The 1 star review is due to the way she speaks to customers.
