overpriced, not helpful staff, no parking in sight, ugly interior

Today I tried to return 2 PE leggings, with tags on as I purchased at the shop during the summer. However, my daughter has grown taller so by the time she was going to wear the leggings, they were short. They never been used. Still had tags on and I had my receipt. The lady at the till told me I can't exchange them for a bigger size because I was over the 14 days. I am fuming.

It is worth noting that you brought the leggings in July. We could have considered an exchange if purchased a few days over our 14 days return policy, but no retailer can be reasonably expected to exchange something which was purchased 5 months ago.
We came there asked for a refund and they started arguing especially kristy when we came to shop she was upset like what did we do never buy from here

Maisies' Terms and Conditions are presented to customers via multiple channels of communication, including our website, signs around the shop and at tills, and at the bottom of customer receipts.
Maisies does not issue refunds for items bought or ordered in store. Items can be exchanged, or we give a credit note which lasts for 12 months.
Kirsty politely explained this to you, and we completely refute that any arguing took place. Whatever the reason is for an item no longer being required by the customer, our sales assistants' service provision is to reaffirm the policy and offer an exchange or credit note. This is what Kirsty did during her conversation with you, without being argumentative. It is unfortunate that you felt the need to leave Maisies a one star Google review when we totally followed our terms and conditions of sale in a professional manner.

Unable to speak to anyone on the phone recorded message request that you submit a contact form. Process followed, zero contact received. Currently at 12 days from order, extremely frustrating service.

Massive thank you to Tara and Toni . I was very overwhelmed trying to manage 3 different schools and 3 different uniform. Tara went above and beyond to help with sizing and any other information I needed she went above and beyond.
Both Tara and toni were extremely polite and helpful making the experience alot less stressful.
