It was very overpriced for the room. The pictures was deceiving. The 'double bed' is 2 small singles pushed together that seperate. The sofa bed is tiny and when pulled out there is no room to walk to the kitchen. There is no oven and only a small hob which barely works and a microwave. I would not recommend here and you have to pay for parking every day too.

Unfortunately a company that just doesn't care about its customers.
I asked them if they could be flexible with their policy because of a medical emergency. I asked to move my reservation back one weekend. They refused. I offered to pay a re-booking fee. They refused. I said I don't mind what room type, put me in a smaller room. They refused. I know the cancellation period had passed, I was hoping for some flexibility on their part, but in the end I thought I'd just have to notch this up as a loss. After all, it was a policy I accepted.
But the reason for the 1 star is the absolute abomination of an excuse they came up with for why they couldn't be more flexible. They said they were fully booked on the new dates. They weren't That was a lie.
When I asked them why I could book the new dates on their website, they said (and this is a direct quote)... "What you're seeing online is general availability for that room type, but in our internal system the specific apartment and the inventory we manage for 16-18 May are already fully booked, which is why we're not able to move your existing reservation."
So you do have availability, but you don't have availability, all in the same sentence.
Any company that still uses an excuse of "computer says no" in 2026 has truly given up on the notion of delivering a basic level of customer service. 1 star.

As outlined at the time of booking, reservations made on the selected rate are subject to the cancellation and amendment policy agreed to during the booking process. Whilst we always try to assist where possible, changes are dependent on operational availability within our managed inventory at the time the request is made. Availability displayed online does not always reflect the same allocation or apartment inventory available for reservation amendments internally.
We appreciate that this was frustrating, particularly given the circumstances you described, however our team did provide the information available to them at the time and no misinformation was intended.

Sadly had a very disappointing stay here. I'll summarise below:
Pros:
- Apartments are nicely decorated and very well equipped
- Bed and bedding was very comfortable
Cons:
- Bathroom is very poorly installed. Water pressure is non existent and it takes ages to get hot water. The extractor fan is incredibly loud and rumbles from the ceiling throughout the whole apartment. It sounds like you have a tumble dryer on.
- The dishwasher didn't clean properly, but we were only given one tablet, so I had to redo a lot of dishes by hand
- We booked luggage storage in advance, and this was confirmed before our stay. However, the room is impossible to find - it is actually what looks like a utilities cupboard on the outside of the building and isn't labelled. It requires a code for entry, but none of the door codes I had worked, and I wasn't given a separate one for the luggage room. I contacted the help desk by WhatsApp and by phone, but no one got back to me for hours, by which time I had already had to book and pay for storage elsewhere. I replied to the help desk to inform them of this, but I have never received a reply, let alone compensation for the luggage storage I had to pay for out of my own pocket.
I would not stay here again.

Avoid Your Apartment. I booked for my friend and I - a superior apartment with one king bed and one sofa bed, sleeps 4. There was no bedding anywhere in the apartment for the sofa bed so my friend and I had to share the king, I reported this via the WhatsApp business chat and the only response was to thank me for advising. No offer to resolve and clearly didn't care. This place also sent me and invoice for a PS20 charge but did not state what that was for. After a few messages and AFTER my trip was complete they confirmed it was for parking, which I didn't request, didn't use, and was not part of my booking, which I was able to prove using their own web app. Currently chasing for confirmation that they will be refunding this but am expecting the same level of response I got to the lack of bedding. Don't give these people your credit card details, book somewhere else
