This is so great to hear! We can't wait to welcome you again soon. Thank you
Really loved this hotel, it's a good price and close to the town centre. The rooms are a good size and clean. Annoying the aircon doesn't go below 19c and no opening windows.
You can ask at reception to override it to cold only.
Shower was good and powerful.
Had a very quiet night. If you are parking make sure you use the red bays just up from the hotel.
I went to the hotel and stayed for 2 nights. The room was okay. Nothing special, no fridge in room. our view was the roof of an abandoned building. very quiet hotel which was a plus. Breakfast for the first day was 10/10 lovely premier inn brekkie. The 2nd day was horrid. Food looked like it had been reheated and was cold. Eggs looked like rubber, hash browns were as hard as frisbees and bacon was freezing. Really disappointed. Reception staff were very friendly but breakfast staff weren't. They looked like they hated their job. Location isn't central and looks like there's nothing around. Train station is 10 minute walk and centre around 20/30 minute walk.
I had a very pleasant stay overall. The room was excellent -- spacious, well-presented, and very comfortable. The highlight was definitely the amazing view from the 9th floor, which made the stay even more special.
The bed was extremely comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep.
The restaurant downstairs is excellent, with amazing food that felt very fresh and clean. However, the staff could be a bit more welcoming, even though the service itself was good. Breakfast, on the other hand, definitely needs some improvement -- there weren't many options for juices or pastries, and the bacon was undercooked and just not very good.
That said, the bathroom could also use some attention. It wasn't as clean as expected, and the shower, while having decent water pressure, lacked that strong, enjoyable flow you typically find in higher-end hotels.
Overall, a great stay with a few areas that could be improved.
Estell has been so amazing helping us check in today... my husband was so delighted with the hassle free process... such a professional and friendly staff...
