Stayed in the premier inn Milton Keynes theatre district for3 Nights
No noise anytime of the night. Rooms and beds were clean
Breakfast was hot and there was plenty of choice.
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Family with tourettes everyone was understanding and patient .
Situated in a good
Booked for 25 guests , great rooms , great location and really friendly and helpful staff.
1 negative and this is for all premier inns , shower pressure could be better !
Reason for the 5s and 4s, location for the theatre, 2 mins walk ( great ) I have stayed with my wife in premier inns at least 100 times in our years together, so we like premier inns for what they are, so for this one, the staff were good, but there is a lack of them, multi tasking, not there fault, evening meal great, breakfast not so great, in trays, 3 bacon, 3 eggs, beans stuck together, 4 staff noted in our nights stay from start to finish ( 4 of them only ) we were only there 1 night, have stayed here before, booked in, ate early evening meal because of a show, 1 lady reception and restaurant, 1 cooking another waiting ( 3 staff ) breakfast same lady cooking and ( 1 ) other, 4 in total, not there fault but it does impact the times we live in with hospitality and wages I suppose, we were upgraded to the 5 floor, room ok, small coffee machine and mini fridge, but a white stain on the floor which looked uncleaned, bottom of shower screen grubby and split, to be fair, most hotel rooms have some things going on, for me, the problem seems to be a lack of staff, they work hard, but when you see them covering 1 area to another and tables not cleared, it does have an impact on what is enjoyable as a guest.
Had a great stay here, all the team were very helpful and welcoming upon arrival special thanks to Izi for his help!
The the room was spotless and I slept fantastic, Bianca does a fantastic job! Breakfast was also brilliant both mornings!
Great service Emily is always cheerful
The worst priemer inn I've ever stayed in.
The parking
First of all the parking is a absolute nightmare. When we went there was no parking spaces not to mention it was extortionatly expensive. We had to park in the other car park which was built in to it which luckily is free 6pm to 7am but hard to find a space in the early night late evening.
Parking in that car park though means you will have to wake up at 7am to pay for the parking the app did not let me pre pay.
If you pay for a day in the premier inn parking and were able to secure a spot don't move the car as if you do you probably won't have a parking space.
The food
Me and my girlfriend had breakfast and was put off because there was a kid touching the food with his hands not the supplied tongs and scoops and no one was monitoring it.
Parents didnt have him under control and was running up and down. I know its not premiers inn job to parent the chrildren but they should be monitoring the food and telling the kids off for touching it.
The food overall though was very average what you kind of expect from a priemer inn.
The rooms.
Didn't have any complaints about the room it was clean and air conditioned. we syated on a Saturday night and didn't have any issues with the noise. Maybe you would hear the odd noise but it's in a very busy location.
Friendly staff that go the extra mile to make your stay special.
We came here for my friend's 50th Birthday and we were booked in by Sam. She made us feel welcome straight away. We know she also has her special birthday soon so many happy returns for that!! We saw Sam a few times and nothing was too much trouble and on every occasion was smiley and friendly. Never had that in a chain of hotels before. Booking out today was a nightmare due to the parking machine being offline. Izi was constantly buzzed from the office but handled it really well and again equally just as friendly. He laughed about a nightmare day but helped everyone and everyone went away happy. Absolutely would recommend this hotel, I think you know what you are getting with a Premier inn but here the customer service is also top notch and a lovely group of people. Thank you
Parking a faff better off not using premier inn spaces over night, room clean tidy comfortable, service was slow at dinner, slow to get checked in as machines broken.
