Came here for breakfast with my family for mother's day service was amazing second to none was not rushed at all even was given a flower to my mum and partner for mother's day such a nice experience great value for money

Really dirty and dusty rooms
They gave me a room with broken toilet seat
I asked for different room or change the toilet seat lady working keep on asking for free breakfast instead I said I don't need free breakfast I need a working toilet no use
Usless staff (7 march 2026 night)
Finally she tapped the toilet seat terrible
Toilet also has some dirt which not cleaned properly
Need some professional staff
Other than this particular brand all other Premier Inn are better

I have stayed here a few times and always have had a great stay. Hector and the other staff are so lovely and helpful ! They really do go above and beyond Definitely recommend coming here and the view is beautiful.
