Just a functional hotel nothing more.

We stayed here at short notice due to heavy traffic on our journey home, and we had a genuinely wonderful experience. In particular, I would like to mention Carmen, who was working at reception when we left at 6:30 a.m. on the 23rd of May.

She was absolutely exceptional -- so warm, kind, and welcoming. Her tone and manner immediately stood out, and she was especially lovely to both my children and myself. She went out of her way to come out from behind the reception desk to assist us, which made such a positive impression.

I truly believe Carmen deserves recognition, as she played a huge part in why we enjoyed our stay so much. Staff like her make all the difference, and her kindness did not go unnoticed.

No bedding on cot bed and mattress very thin.
