Matthew and Katey joined forces after working in their respective industries for over 20 years, opening Revive in Aspley Guise.
With a strong focus towards exercising for mental health, rather than solely how you look, and also adding in the importance of good recovery from hard training, we have built an excellent reputation for providing the best training programmes, including bespoke Hyrox plans, and following up with very effective Sports Massage Treatments to keep our members feeling at the peak of their physical and mental capabilities
We support every single member on every step, from their first ever training session, to standing by their side and cheering them on as they compete in Hyrox competitions up and down the country.
