The Atrium

Bed veel te klein. Sofa kan upgrade gebruiken en het bestek en afdruiprekje moet dringend vervangen worden. Slecht aangeduid en moeilijk om te parkeren. 5 dagen was meer dan genoeg. Sorry maar hier kom ik niet meer. Een heel gedoe op voorhand voor een simpel appartement in een vuil gebouw.

Been a tenant for years and never experienced anything like this. When we moved in, the flat was filthy -- mouldy, rubbish left behind, and clearly not cleaned properly. We had to clean everything ourselves before moving in.

When moving out, we made sure the place was spotless -- much cleaner than when we received it. We even had photo evidence comparing move-in and move-out conditions, clearly showing how dirty it was before and how clean we left it.

However, the property management insisted the flat was not clean enough and still charged us a PS180 cleaning fee. Despite us showing photo proof, they refused to acknowledge it.

Honestly felt like an unfair and unreasonable charge. Would not recommend dealing with this management company.

Not bad for a converted office block. Not the nicest of places in my opinion.
Hard to find and parking can be tricky, hallways stink of food from different cultures, post etc all piled up as you walk in.
Accommodation wasn't bad, more a pain as everything was turned off, including hot water and fridge so had to wait.
Had to keep curtains shut all the time as no blinds of privacy glass.

Other than the spider webs behind the bedroom curtains, the loose shower head, and an incredibly uncomfortable sleeper couch, it was not bad.
Be prepared to wait while your attempt to have your deposit returned is delayed for as long as possible.
Will not be returning or recommending.
