Dont even bother with this company. They are just a scam. I dont think they even exist in UK poor communication can no English communication and when you pay for exam they miscommunicate and ask for more money.

Very Disappointed - Misleading Service and Poor Support

I'm extremely unhappy with my experience with The Knowledge Academy.

I had a phone call on 6th May 2025 with a representative named Jaspal Khara, who made several promises about course details, support contacts, and future discounts. I was told I'd receive a follow-up email with all the relevant information, but that never happened. Despite reaching out, I never got a response -- which is unacceptable and unprofessional.

It feels like I was misled into setting up a PayPal payment plan based on promises that were never fulfilled. This has completely damaged my trust in the company.

I escalated the issue to Kiera Hill, Rebecca Fergusson, and Jashandeep Kaur, but none of them provided adequate support. I am still waiting for a refund for a course I decided not to take, and was told I'd be charged a 25% cancellation fee, even though I made the request within the legal cooling-off period. This feels exploitative and appears to breach basic consumer rights.

I've requested the cancellation of my PayPal payment plan and expect it to be processed without penalty.

I do not recommend The Knowledge Academy. My experience was frustrating, the communication was poor, and the customer service was severely lacking.

Booked a course with 1 year to complete went to take the exam after 9 months and was told exam was out of date and needed to pay again , probably a scam company i would avoid at all costs

They generate their revenue on students repeating exams and there is no way to verify which answers are incorrect (if any) as they refuse to show the students their own papers... GDPR excuse to not show you your own paper?! So, if you failed, you have no way of proving that they made mistake - I had this few years ago after 5 days classroom Prince2 course and few of my friends had the same experience...

I was cajoled and encouraged to purchase an ISTQB course in July 2023 with expressions that the course was half price and would increase shortly. This was an online course that had the duration of 365 from the date of purchase. What they failed to advise is that the Syllabus changed to 4.0 part way through the course. I was not advised of this and only found this out from conversation to a friend. No new material was offered and when I asked about the exam, I was then told that I could have an extension until October 2024. October has now arrived and the course has expired and I am now being told that I have to pay extra for the original exam!!! Seriously, I am absolutely appalled as there was no mention of this when the extension was offered. This company are only interested in getting your money and do not care whether you pass the exam or not. No one has ever contacted me to enquire how I am getting on with the course over the year that I was on the original course despite me contacting them numerous times and advising that the link to the mock exams did not work. Instead they just sent url inks to mock exams which I am not convinced are the correct Syllabus. After all that they have even asked whether I want to do another course! I don't think so.

It looks like support has improved a lot since my experience has been great with the customer support team both via the phone and via raising support tickets - a big thanks to Eden in the support team who painlessly arranged the rescheduling of my AgilePM Practitioner exam due to a family issue.

I've booked (and paid for privately) three courses with TKA and while initially it was a minor challenge to navigate through the website and had an administrative error with a double invoice (quickly addressed I have to add), overall it's been relatively straightforward with good support all round.

I have one course remaining to take - the two I have completed so far have excellent trainers with excellent course and supporting materials.

Overall I'm very satisfied with TKA - although I don't expect this review will help me pass the remaining exams!

It's a really shame Google don't allow rate companies like this with zero stars.
The person in charge of the course have no experience and knowledge about the subject. Time and money wasted.

If I could choose 0 stars I would. Zero support or comms after purchase. I enquired about an exam and received a quote, paid the amount of the quote and then upon booking the exam date I was told I had to pay more money!? Scam. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!
