Great location with free parking for 1 car.
Clean & tidy inside the apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a decent size lounge & cooking / washing facilities plus a balcony.
Great service from Claire & the concierge.

Great location with a Sainsburys downstairs, and a locked car park as well. The host Claire is the best you can ever imagine, and that's from a site engineer with countless bnb stay. She is really helpful throughout my 4 months stay, just makes me feel like home. 10/10 would recommend and stay again

We stayed with Pincott Properties for a month in January and cannot rate it highly enough. From booking throughout the stay until checkout the communications from Claire were fantastic. She responded to questions quickly and was incredibly helpful and friendly from the start. The flat was comfortable and became a home away from home for us for a few weeks- we were sad to leave at the end of our stay. It was well equipped with toiletries and laundry tablets, washing up liquid etc, and the lady who came to clean once a week was lovely and kept the place well. Special thanks to her for rescuing the laundry we forgot in the machine after checkout and to Claire for reuniting us with it.
I'll be sure to recommend Pincott Properties to anyone who needs a place to stay for a short or long period. Thank you!
